hazards.\nFacilitate training and awareness programs for all team members to ensure understanding and adherence to HSE policies.\nCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.\nMonitor and report on HSE performance metrics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nLead investigations into incidents, providing insights and recommendations to prevent recurrence.\nPartner with external regulatory bodies and industry organizations to promote best practices in HSE management.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nAt least 18 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with significant exposure to large-scale projects, preferably in the Giga/Mega Projects or similar environments.\nThorough understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.\nProven track record in developing and implementing HSE strategies and programs in complex project settings.\nExceptional leadership skills with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.\nAnalytical mindset with the capability to conduct root cause analysis and drive change.\nProfessional certifications related to HSE management, such as NEBOSH or equivalent, are highly desirable.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in
