Manager - Risk (TBC)

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Manager Risk to join our esteemed team dedicated to delivering transformative investment in infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the risk management processes and methodologies for multiple projects, ensuring that potential risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our projects while supporting our strategy to elevate the quality of community life throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust risk management framework aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks, ensuring comprehensive risk registers are maintained.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to inform risk management policies and procedures.
• Contribute to reporting and communication on risk status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of risk management excellence throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• At least 12 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on large-scale projects within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and applying risk management frameworks and systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and qualitative assessments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMI-RMP, ISO 31000) are highly regarded.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
