lead large, multicultural procurement teams and work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of GCC procurement practices, market conditions, and major international suppliers/contractors.\nExcellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience working on high-value, fast-paced projects with demanding delivery
