Procurement management role responsible for delivering medium to high-value procurement packages across multiple sports and entertainment assets. Accountable for managing procurement activities from planning, sourcing, tendering, evaluation, award, and contract finalization while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance requirements.\nDepth of Experience\nDemonstrated experience managing end-to-end procurement activities for sports, entertainment, infrastructure, real estate, construction, or large-scale development projects. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier engagement, commercial evaluation, procurement governance, contract administration, stakeholder management, and value creation through effective procurement practices.\nHands-on SAP Ariba experience is mandatory. Experience with Fiori and Sirion is preferred.\nRole Summary\nThe Procurement Manager will support the delivery of procurement strategies and sourcing activities across the Business Unit. The role will work closely with technical, commercial, finance, legal, and project stakeholders to develop procurement plans, execute tendering activities, conduct commercial evaluations, and deliver timely and compliant procurement outcomes.\nThe Procurement Manager will maintain procurement records within SAP Ariba, support governance and approval processes, contribute to continuous improvement discipline.\nProfessional Certifications (Preferred)\nHolding one or more of the following certifications is advantageous:\nChartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)\nCertified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)\nCertified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)\nExperience\nMinimum 10-12 years of relevant procurement experience within major infrastructure, construction, sports, entertainment, or mixed-use development programs.\nExperience managing the full procurement lifecycle including procurement planning, market engagement, tendering, commercial evaluation, negotiation, award recommendation, and contract formation.\nStrong practical experience using SAP Ariba or equivalent enterprise procurement platforms.\nExperience with procurement governance, compliance requirements, and approval processes.\nUnderstanding of contract types, commercial principles, risk allocation, and supplier performance management.\nAbility to manage multiple procurement packages simultaneously within a fast-paced project environment.\nPrevious experience within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, finance, legal, and project delivery teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStrong analytical capabilities with experience preparing procurement reports, commercial evaluations, and recommendation papers.\nProficient in procurement and ERP systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP, Fiori, Sirion, Prism, or similar platforms.\nAbility to identify procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.\nDemonstrates flexibility, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nAbility to build productive supplier relationships while maintaining procurement integrity and governance standards.\nSupports team collaboration and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and business objectives.\nLead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender processes in accordance with approved procurement procedures.\nConduct commercial analysis and bid evaluations, ensuring value-for-money outcomes.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to define procurement requirements, scopes of work, and sourcing strategies.\nSupport supplier negotiations and contract finalization processes.\nManage procurement documentation and records within SAP Ariba.\nPrepare procurement reports, award recommendations, and governance submissions.\nMonitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of procurement milestones.\nSupport contract
