Senior procurement role responsible for complex, high-value and strategically important packages across a multi-asset, fast-paced business environment, from procurement planning and market engagement through tendering, evaluation, award and finalization of contract.\nDepth of experience: Extensive experience leading end-to-end procurement for large-scale sports, entertainment, infrastructure or related development programmes. Strong capability in category and sourcing strategy, commercial evaluation, negotiation, contract formation, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and value-for-money delivery. Hands-on SAP Ariba experience is mandatory. Experience with Fiori and Sirion is preferred.\nRole summary: The Senior Procurement Manager will lead and deliver end-to-end procurement activities for the BU, engaging with asset scope owners, technical, commercial, finance, legal and other stakeholders to develop fit-for-purpose procurement strategies and deliver compliant, timely and commercially robust outcomes. The role will manage complex tender processes, support governance and approval requirements, maintain accurate procurement records in SAP Ariba and drive consistency, continuous improvement and best practice across the procurement lifecycle.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain or related field.\nProfessional Certifications\nHolding one of the following certifications is an advantage:\nChartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Diploma (CIPS)\nCertified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)\nCertified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)\nExperience\n15 years’ min relevant procurement management experience within Mega/large scale complex design and construction programs. \nLeverage in-depth knowledge of enterprise-level management software, such as SAP Ariba, or similar systems\nExpert knowledge of procurement legislation, and its practical application\nPrevious KSA/Middle East experience preferred.\nFosters a culture of flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements.\nExpertly manages and prioritizes the workload of the team, deadline driven.\nLeverage exceptional written and verbal skills in English to effectively articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences. \nExcellent leadership skills and the ability to lead the function's direction, specifically endorsing or opposing practices as needed.\nLeverage in-depth knowledge of Procurement software, such as Prism, SAP, and Ariba. \nLeads team collaboration and cross department integration
