The Soft Services Personnel is responsible for supporting the delivery and monitoring of soft services across assigned facilities and assets within Qiddiya. This includes overseeing housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, visitor support services, and associated service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, tenants, and stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nSoft Services\nMonitor and coordinate daily soft services activities across assigned facilities and public areas.\nEnsure cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and pest control services are delivered in accordance with established standards and service level agreements (SLAs).\nConduct routine inspections to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.\nEnsure all facilities maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance.\nContract Management\nLiaise with service providers and contractors to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.\nMonitor contractor performance and report service deficiencies.\nSupport the evaluation and implementation of corrective actions where required.\nVerify the completion of work orders and service requests.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.\nIdentify and report operational risks, hazards, and non-compliance issues.\nSupport emergency response activities related to soft services operations.\nMaintain accurate inspection and compliance records.\nCustomer Service\nRespond to customer, tenant, and stakeholder inquiries related to soft services.\nSupport the resolution of service-related complaints in a professional and timely manner.\nPromote a positive customer experience through proactive service delivery.\nReporting and Administration\nMaintain service records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.\nSupport budget monitoring and resource utilization activities.\nAssist in developing operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\n7-10 years of experience in facilities management, soft services operations, hospitality, property management, or a similar environment.\nExperience managing service providers and contractors is preferred.\nExperience working within large-scale developments, mixed-use communities, entertainment destinations, or public venues is
