comprising villas, small buildings infrastructure networks, utilities, roads, parks, and commercial facilities.\nThe role reports directly to the Project Director and involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a closely related engineering field.\n7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, including work on large-scale residential communities, infrastructure networks and utilities, roads and public realm, or mixed-use/commercial developments.\nStrong experience across utilities, roads, stormwater and drainage, landscape infrastructure, and sitewide infrastructure coordination within infrastructure projects.\nExperience with PMC-style project delivery on large masterplanned developments.\nProven ability to coordinate with a Project Director, consultants and contractors, and manage external stakeholders across large infrastructure packages.\nCurrently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.\nExperience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM/Revit, or other infrastructure design and coordination tools commonly used on large community developments is a
