Responsibilities\nCommunity Inspections\nConduct regular inspections of residential, commercial, and common areas within the community.\nIdentify violations related to community rules, property standards, landscaping, parking, waste management, and public safety.\nMonitor community facilities, amenities, and infrastructure to ensure they are maintained to required standards.\nReport defects, damages, and maintenance requirements to relevant departments.\nCompliance Monitoring\nEnsure compliance with community management policies, municipal regulations, and environmental standards.\nInspect contractor activities to verify adherence to approved standards and safety requirements.\nDocument violations and initiate corrective action procedures.\nFollow up on outstanding violations and ensure timely resolution.\nResident & Stakeholder Engagement\nRespond to resident complaints and service requests related to community conditions.\nProvide guidance to residents and tenants regarding community regulations and standards.\nCoordinate with property management teams, maintenance contractors, and external authorities when required.\nReporting & Documentation\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports.\nMaintain accurate records of inspections, findings, violations, and corrective actions.\nUse inspection software, mobile applications, or property management systems to record observations and track resolutions.\nGenerate photographic evidence and detailed reports for management review.\nHealth, Safety & Environmental Monitoring\nIdentify potential health and safety hazards within the community.\nEnsure public areas are clean, safe, and accessible.\nMonitor waste disposal practices and environmental compliance.\nReport emergency situations and support incident investigations when necessary.\nQualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.\nProfessional certifications in Property Management, Facilities Management, or Health & Safety are an advantage.\nExperience\n5-7 years of experience in community management, facilities management, property inspection, municipal inspection, or related fields.\nExperience within residential communities, mixed-use developments, hospitality destinations, or real estate projects
