governance, reporting cycles, and stakeholder coordination.\nCoordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.\nSupport scheduling, logistics, workshops, and program meetings.\nTrack risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and deadlines.\nEnsure documentation is organized, accurate, and up to date.\nSupport PMO, project controls, and program management activities.\nPrepare presentations and management updates as required.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.\n8-10 years of experience in PMC or project coordination across multiple concurrent projects.\nBackground in PMC, construction, or real estate development.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Primavera P6.\nFluent English and Arabic communication skills.\nEligible to work in Saudi Arabia.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience on large-scale residential or infrastructure programs in KSA.\nExperience with Power BI and MS Project.\nProject management coursework.\nCAPM, PMP, or Power BI
