The role will lead the end-to-end QMM procurement program and establish the strategic sourcing, governance, supplier engagement, MPA procurement, reporting and value realization model across all material categories.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead implementation of the QMM procurement strategy from mobilization through signed MPAs and ongoing value realization.\nOwn the integrated procurement roadmap across prerequisite consultant procurement and Wave 1, Wave 2 and Wave 3 category deployment.\nEstablish procurement governance, approval routes, category plans, risk registers, reporting and escalation protocols.\nDirect supplier market engagement, EOI, PQQ, RFP, technical assessment, commercial evaluation, BAFO, award and execution activities.\nCoordinate with design, cost, development, legal, finance, commercial and leadership stakeholders.\nOversee procurement dashboards, savings tracking, decision papers and executive reporting. \nManage team structure, workload allocation, capability development and resource ramp-up.\nRequirements\n15+ years procurement experience including leadership of complex construction, infrastructure or real estate procurement programs.\nProven experience developing category strategies, sourcing plans, negotiation strategies and award recommendations.\nBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.\nExperience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.\nStrong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement
