Description ROAD SUPERVISOR (TUES-SAT, EVENING SHIFT) Reports to: Director of Safety & Training Employment Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt Pay Grade: Level 5 ($28.25-$36.73/hour) POSITION SUMMARY At Jaunt, People. Reporting to the Director of Safety & Training, this position supervises assigned operators, promotes safe and efficient service delivery, responds to operational issues, and provides coaching to improve employee performance. The Road Supervisor works collaboratively across the organization to support safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation services. The expected schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm.
