responsible for administering, maintaining, monitoring and supporting the company’s regional ICT infrastructure and end-user technology environment in Rwanda and Uganda.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nHelpdesk and IT service management.\n\nActive Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.\n\nLAN, WAN, MPLS and SD-WAN administration and troubleshooting.\n\nServer, endpoint and patch management.\n\nIT asset ilfecycle management.\n\nComputer hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.\n\nTelephony and communications infrastructure.\n\nCCTV installation, configuratios and management.\n\nBackup, restoration and business continuity support.\n\nEndpoint security and incident response.\n\nProject, vendor and service-provider management.\n\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\n\nAbility to work autonomously as the primary In-country ICT resource with minimal supervision.\n\nIntegrity and discretion when handling privileged access, business systems and company data.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another computer-related\n\nProfessional certification in systems/network administration such as Microsoft Certified:\n\nIdentity and Access Administrator Associate, CCNA, ITIL or equivalent is an advantage\n\nITIL, information security or audit certification is an added advantage.\n\nExperience\n\n3 years’ practical experience in systems administration, IT support, networking, endpoint. management or infrastructure support.\n\nHow to
