The role involves working across the full AI development lifecycle, from experimentation and model evaluation through to production deployment.\n\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered features for enterprise applications.\nBuild and enhance AI/LLM workflows, including agentic workflows.\nDevelop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and improve the accuracy, grounding, and reliability of AI-generated responses.\nDesign and implement evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and automated testing to measure model quality and support continuous improvement.\nDevelop, integrate, and deploy machine learning models and large language model solutions in production environments.\nBuild and maintain back-end services using Python and contribute to front-end development using React where required.\nDevelop scalable APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.\nOptimize AI systems for performance, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.\nApply responsible AI principles, ensuring solutions are explainable, traceable, and aligned with enterprise governance and data standards.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring to promote engineering best practices.\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that provide measurable value.\nWhat we're looking for\nExtensive experience delivering enterprise software solutions, with hands-on experience developing AI or machine learning applications.\nStrong understanding of machine learning concepts, model development, evaluation, and deployment.\nExperience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based applications\nStrong Python development experience, including expertise with APIs\nExperience building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.\nExperience with React or other modern front-end frameworks is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and deploying AI workloads in production.\nKnowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines,
