in UX design, preferably within the financial sector or investment banking.\nA strong portfolio showcasing UX expertise in designing complex applications for web, mobile, and/or desktop platforms.\nProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.\nExcellent understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.\nExperience with conducting and analyzing user research, A/B testing, and other usability practices.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to various stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.\nNice to have:\nExperience with AI-powered design and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Galileo AI, Uizard) or a demonstrated interest in leveraging generative AI to accelerate design
