PurposeTo support the Sales Manager in monitoring the performance of the sales team, analyzing results, preparing reports, and organizing and following up on the team’s daily activities to ensure the achievement of sales targets.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all Sales Officers.\n\nMonitor the performance of Sales Officers and Sales Representatives and ensure the implementation of work plans.\n\nAnalyze sales figures, targets, and results to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.\n\nPrepare periodic reports and analytical insights for presentation to the Sales Manager.\n\nFollow up on Sales Representatives, customer visit plans, customer accounts, and daily results.\n\nCoordinate and organize the sales team’s daily work schedules, customer visits, and meetings.\n\nFollow up on the implementation of instructions and tasks assigned by the Sales Manager to the team.\n\nCoordinate with the sales team and other departments as needed.\n\nMonitor any gaps or challenges affecting the team’s performance and report them to the Sales Manager.\n\nAssist in monitoring and achieving sales targets and improving the team’s overall performance.\n\nRequirements\nJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.\n\n3–7 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, sales analysis, or a similar role.\n\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.\n\nExcellent organizational, planning, follow-up, and communication skills.\n\nGood command of English and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple
