Supervise showroom operations and inventory, ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures ofJazeera Paints Company. \nAssist customers throughout their showroom visit, from introducing the company's products and identifying their requirements and required quantities to providing guidance on color coordination and selecting suitable products. \nEnsure accurate order processing, invoicing, and product delivery. Coordinate the activities of all showroom personnel, including assistants, laborers, and drivers, to ensure efficient operations. \nMaintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation at all times. Ensure the availability of all required marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, and product catalogs. \nAchieve assigned sales targets in accordance with the approved sales plan. \nImplement management objectives and achieve the required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). \nReceive and process customer orders through online channels and update the e-commerce platform accordingly, ensuring that requested products and available inventory levels are accurately reflected. \nEnsure adequate stock availability across all product categories, particularly fast-moving items, to meet customer demand. \nApply the company's stock replenishment procedures by requesting products from the warehouses in accordance with the established minimum and maximum stock levels for each item. \nEnsure compliance with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to minimize the accumulation of slow-moving and obsolete inventory. \nPromptly report any missing or unavailable products at the central warehouse to the direct manager. \nReport any damage, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance requirements within the showroom to the direct supervisor and follow up on the necessary corrective actions in accordance with company policies and procedures. \nConduct inventory counts and reconcile physical balances against approved records; and promptly report any shortages, damage, or loss in accordance with company policies and procedures. \nEnsure that the daily closing process is completed accurately and on time, in accordance with Finance Department instructions, including the proper handling and recording of customer advance payments. \nExecute marketing programs and initiatives assigned by management, including product marketing campaigns and field visits to residential development areas. \nMaintain the showroom's overall appearance and ensure that all showroom employees comply with the approved uniform and dress code requirements applicable to their respective job categories. \nPromote and sell all product ranges offered by the company to achieve sales targets and maximize sales opportunities. \nEnsure the availability and proper condition of safety equipment and promptly report any observations or non-compliance, including: \nValid Civil Defense licence, where applicable. \nAvailability and proper condition of fire extinguishers. Valid municipal licence. \nRoadworthiness and proper maintenance of company vehicles, validity of all required vehicle documentation, and proper condition of vehicle stickers and markings. \nEnsure the implementation of and compliance with the company's terms, conditions, and requirements governing the Ashanak program. \nComply with the company’s policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
