Chemistry, or a related field.\n\n3–6 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the Paints or Coatings Industry.\n\nHands-on experience in paint formulation, laboratory trials, and product development.\n\nGood knowledge of raw materials used in paint formulations and their properties.\n\nExperience in color formulation, matching, and development.\n\nKnowledge of quality testing and paint performance evaluation.\n\nAbility to perform formulation calculations and analyze laboratory results.\n\nGood skills in documentation, reporting, and data analysis.\n\nGood understanding of paint application methods and product performance testing.\n\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\n\nGood command of MS Office, especially Excel.\n\nPaints/Coatings industry experience is highly
