Also participate in OEM/Distributor Post-Sales related training courses as needed.\nLead routine software and hardware upgrade and troubleshooting activities during on/off-business hours.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, progress tracking and reviews with leadership.\nAct as a technical liaison during onboarding and post-deployment phases.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery to drive continuous improvement within the team.\nConduct In-house Testing of new products/services for viability.\nKey Deliverables\nOn-time and within-scope customer services delivery of projects which also include managed services and system integration related projects.\nUpdated documentation repository includes project plans, network diagrams, HLDs, LLDs, and services delivery records.\nCommunication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders include onsite troubleshooting visits at customer end and online meetings ensuring alignment across network, operations, and customer technical teams.\nJazzWorld is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate, support, and thrive on diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for and what does it require to be Network Integration & Implementation Engineer?\n 6-8 years of experience in Services Delivery of Managed Services and System Integration (Routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi APs, etc.) for multiple customers.\nStrong knowledge of IP Networks, Report writing and Data Analysis.\nMust have relevant certification preferred any of the following CCIE, FCE, HCIE, JNCIE\nProven experience of BGP, OSPF, GRE, IPSEC, SIP, Routing, Switching, QinQ, IoT and Cloud Technologies. \nHe/she must demonstrate good presentation skills and fluent in English & Urdu.\nAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues proactively.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.\nGood understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile, and tools such as MS Project or Jira.\nProven ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage vendor deliverables under tight timelines.\nExcellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, Computer) , Computer Science, or IT.\nDemonstrate hands-on expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, and Huawei network security solutions in an enterprise environment.\nHands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate/FortiAnalyzer/FortiManager, Cisco FTD/FMC, Huawei iMaster NCE platform.\nRequire hands-on exposure to Fortinet, Cisco (Viptela/Meraki), and Huawei SD-WAN technologies for implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise WAN environments.\nPreferred Certifications (Any of below)\nCisco CCIE\nHuawei HCIE\nFortinet Certified Expert NSE8\nJuniper JNCIE \nBenefits\nWhy join JazzWorld?\nAs a certified Top Employer, JazzWorld reflects workplace standards benchmarked against leading global organizations, demonstrating our commitmnet to creating an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.
