Daily in-office presence is required.\nThe U.S. base salary range for this position is USD 110,000$ - 140,000$.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree required. Business, communications, or any related field.\n5+ years as an EA or Chief of Staff to a CEO or founder - you've been in this seat before, and you know how it works.\nExperience in a global cybersecurity company.\nStartup experience is a must. You understand the pace, the ambiguity, and the expectation to figure things out.\nCross-cultural fluency. You work easily with diverse, global stakeholders and adapt to different styles.\nExecutive-level English, both written and verbal. You represent the CEO in writing and in meetings.\nCommanding, professional presence, investor and board-facing. You hold the room.\nSharp independent judgment - you know what to escalate, what to handle, and what to cut.\nDiscreet and trustworthy.
