We’ll support you with strong training, systems and a collaborative leadership team, along with a competitive remuneration package and genuine career progression opportunities.\nThis role involves:\nLeading the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the showroom.\nDeveloping, coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales and support team.\nDriving sales, service and operational excellence to achieve store targets.\nEnsuring a seamless customer journey from consultation through to installation and follow-up.\nOverseeing inventory, order management, supplier coordination and showroom presentation.\nBuilding strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nCreating a positive, accountable and high-energy team culture.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve performance, processes and customer experience.\n Proven leadership experience in retail, showroom, sales, hospitality or a similar customer-driven environment.\nStrong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and operational outcomes.\nA hands-on leader who leads from the front and sets clear expectations.\nAbility to coach, develop and elevate team performance.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance people, process and performance.\nHigh energy, resilience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.\n If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
