This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our New Homes and Volume Builder portfolios, providing high-quality administrative and customer support in a fast-paced environment.\nYou’ll be part of a collaborative team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes, ensuring our customers and commercial partners receive a seamless experience.\nThis role involves:\nManaging a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.\nCoordinating quotes, pricing and customer enquiries for commercial accounts.\nProcessing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.\nManaging deliveries, stock availability and liaising with suppliers.\nSupporting the Commercial Sales Team with pricing, quotations and general administration.\nTracking orders, managing invoicing and supporting aftersales service resolution.\nMaintaining accurate records, documentation and reporting across systems (including NetSuite).\nAssisting with process improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies.\n Experience in administration, sales support or customer service (commercial industry experience desirable but not essential).\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.\nConfident IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly (NetSuite experience advantageous).\nA proactive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.\nA team-focused approach with a genuine commitment to supporting internal and external stakeholders.\n If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
