Job Status:
This is a full-time, 2nd Shift position with standard working hours of 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Candidates must be flexible, as work schedules may be adjusted based on operational needs, staffing requirements, or other business demands. Additional flexibility may be required as needed.
FLSA Status: Salaried Non-Exempt
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintains records as required
- Processes and requests sick pay
- Process paperwork
- Update SAP
- Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
- General office procedures including handling phone calls and filing
- Respond in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
- Other duties as needed or required
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette
- Self-Starter
- Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
- Team Player
- Trustworthy - Will be handling confidential material
- 10-key skills beneficial
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office software (word, PowerPoint, excel) skills.
- Internal applicants must have less than 2 attendance points and no written warnings or suspensions in the last calendar year.
- Self-motivated and work well without direct supervision
- Organized
- Ability to follow instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Desk Work
- Climbing stairs
- Might be exposed to production areas with proper PPE.
- Slippery floors, extreme temperature and loud noises.
The Applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $18.94/hr min to $21.31mid
