Includes implementation through execution. \nSafetybackground desired. \nTrack and document that team members are receiving required time in training program. Give feedback to management team if not meeting requirements.\nProvide timely feedback to team members on progression through training.\nSpend time in plant verifying team members with hands-on training and comprehension.\nContinual development of training curriculum specific to plant needs\nDocument and maintain training records\nAbility to communicate verbally and written in English\nGoal oriented and possess root cause analysis skills.\nAbility to lead people toward achieving personal and plant results.\nassist HR with maintaining accurate pay for hourly\nJob postings and keeping accurate records of placement\nCoordinates maintenance employee’s responsibilities and oversees the mechanical of equipment.\nResponsible for correcting or facilitating correctible measures when downtime results from mechanical or technical defects.\nProcesses maintenance downtime report for corporate and plant management.
