This role plays a critical part in supporting business operations by maintaining high-quality data related to customers, vendors, materials, and products. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate, maintain, and update master data records in SAP and other business systems.\nEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for data standards, processes, and workflows.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.) to gather and validate data requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.\nDevelop a solid understanding of overall business processes to properly support key stakeholders.\nIdentify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and provide issue resolution.\nSupport system upgrades and onboarding plants onto master data systems.\nOther duties as assigned \nQualifications:\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nProven problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nProficiency in SAP is preferred.\nAbility to remain calm and effective under pressure.\nSelf-Starter with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to provide outstanding customer service.\nExperience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.\nCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation\nThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:\nBenefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;\nPaid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;\n401(k):company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; \nBase salaryrange of $19.00-$21.00; and\nCareer Development:Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs.\nThe posted salary range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting.
