at JBS USA\n\nJob Title:Quality Assurance Technician\nLocation:Omaha, NE\nReporting to:QA Supervisor\nDuties and ResponsibilitiesIncludebut are not limited to:\nAuditing, documenting and enforcing USDA and facility regulations\nPerform checks and verifications to ensure food safety and quality program is being followed\nMonitor SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs and perform HACCP procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations. \nMust work with FSIS/USDAand present records per the agency’s request\nAid Quality Assurance Supervisor and management in gathering data for investigations\nWork closely with production associates in monitoring meat product AQL standards and specifications, correcting any deficienciesand notifying management of any violations of USDA regulations or HACCP requirements.\nMaintain lab equipment by ensuring proper cleaning and regular maintenance is performed\nPerform all other duties as assigned\nKey Qualifications, Abilities,and Skills:\nMust be able to work flexible hours, overtime and some weekends\nMust be willing to learn all aspects of food safety \nMust have strongverbal and written Englishcommunication skills\nMust be willing to work in both
