Responsible for accurate inventory control of receipts, quality checks and documentation of all inbound shipments. Coordinates production, warehouse, purchasing, and shipping activities to achieve facility objectives. Reviews and implement policies to improve customer service. Keeps facility management well informed of daily activities and provides recommendations for areas of improvement. This position is inMason, Ohio.\nResponsibilities:\nEffectively manages assigned personnel, ensuring optimal performance.Provides leadership through effective goal setting, communication, and coaching.\nDirect and assignpersonnel.\n\nProvides assistanceand support as needed.\nTrains and adviseemployees on current daily needs.\nLeads personnel to improve performance and productivity.\nEvaluates, formulates, and implements employee corrective actions as needed.\nAssists with personnel decisions including hiring, terminationsand promotions.\nEnsures a positive work environment exhibiting JBSculture of respect for all employees.\nMotivates, corrects, and challenges personnel with a positive approach.\nNotifies Warehouse Manager when problems arise.\nResolves problems in the most direct and positive way when approached with feedback and concerns.\nEnsureall company policies are followed and havean expert knowledge of company policies.\nEnsure all SAP and Shop Floorprocedures are being followed according to official standard operating procedures (SOPs) including\nAssumes responsibility for the efficient, timely, and accurate completion of Receivingfunctions. Coordinates the order process of all supplies to ensure production schedules are met\n\nCoordinates all outbound shipments, schedulespickups and efficiently processes all Sales Orders.\nSupervises all warehousing activity and inventory control for the facility by accurately maintaining finished goods inventories within the WMS.\nEnsures that dry goods and raw material inventory aremaintained at optimal levels to meet production demand.\nEnsures the rotation of inventory and first in, first expired. \nEnsure that all incomingorders and inventory functions are completed in accordance with established safety and facility quality standards.\nEnsuring problems that involve damaged goods, incorrect orders, and missing goods are resolved in a timely manner.\nCommunication to proper management regarding any issues.\nEnsures receiving functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.Ensure that established safety and quality standards are met.\nEnsure that schedules and deadlines are followed.\nMaintains effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Company personnel and management. Direct, assists, coordinates, and supports ReceivingClerks as needed.\nAssists with training and scheduling.\nKeeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
