The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and demonstrates a keen interest in category management within the food industry.\nThis position is based on-site at our corporate office in Greeley, CO.\nSuccessful Candidate:\nA successful candidate aligns with our company values and thrives in a collaborative environment.\nBrings an analytical approach and ensures data accuracy, especially in product and pricing information.\nProactive and organized, able to support multiple projects and requests from cross-functional teams.\nCommunicates effectively, enabling smooth collaboration across cross-functional teams and supports the Category Manager in client interactions.\nHas a customer-oriented perspective with a willingness to learn about category management, market dynamics, and consumer insights.\nShows commitment to learning about P&L management, pricing strategies, and category performance, with an interest in advancing within category management.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Category Manager in monitoring P&L activities to drive profitability and category growth.\nConduct data analysis on product performance, sales trends, and pricing, creating reports and insights to guide category decisions.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Category Development, Brand, Supply Chain, and Operations to support category initiatives.\nPrepare materials for client presentations, including product information, data insights, and samples.\nManage new product development and timelines to support GTM strategies.\nAssist in managing product and pricing data, ensuring accuracy across systems and customer channels.\nProvide administrative support, such as managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field preferred).\nExperience within Retail Packaged preferred (refrigerated products a plus). \nExperience working with sales and customer presentations.\nExcellent communication, networking, collaboration, and relationship building.\nStrong analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills.\nOrganized and strong planner.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nUnderstanding of reporting tools and concepts.\nCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation\nAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
