TheProcurementAnalystwillbuild strongworkingrelationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholdersthroughfacilitatingthe day-to-day operations of the category.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport variousbusinessunits and the GlobalProcurement teams in the sourcing process to ensure category strategies and supplier selection conform to business requirements.\n\nCollaborate with cross functional teams, includingFood Safety and Quality Assurance,Operations,Sanitation, andSustainabilityto qualify materials and suppliers,identifyvalue creation opportunities, and lead sourcing initiatives.\n\nConductinternal and external market research analysis tooptimizesourcing decisions and keep stakeholders informed of key marketimpacts.\n\nAssistin theimplementationof risk mitigation strategies for critical supplies and servicesby developingsecondarysupply options,favorable contract language,andnew opportunities.\n\nFacilitate supplier negotiations, author master service/supplyagreementsandstatements of work (SOWs) for execution.\n\nInteract with plant operations to ensureoptimalcomplianceofnegotiated contracts.\n\nPerformspendanalyticsandidentifysourcing leverstomeet cost reduction initiatives.\n\nWork collaboratively with IT Teams to update supplier informationin SAP.\n\nGather and analyzeinformationtobuildreports andpresentationsforSeniorLeadership.\n\nMaintain supplier scorecards and routinelysolicitperformance feedbackfrom stakeholders.\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,Finance,Businessor related field preferred\n\nAbility to effectively interact in a cross-functional team environment\n\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\n\nEffective written and oral communications skills\n\nUnderstanding of supply/commodity markets a plus\n\nHigh levelofproficiencyin Microsoft Office suite, includingExcel,Word,andPowerPoint\n\nCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation\n\nAs a salaried position with the company, you maybe requiredto travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
