Office 2016\n· Cisco Network Switch cabling, connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting\n· Phone systems experience desirable, but not required\n· MCSE Certification is a plus, but not required\n· A+ Certification is a plus, but not required\nSkills/Abilities Required:\n· Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal\n· Must have strong customer support abilities\n· Must be willing to work in a plant / industrial environment\n· Must be willing to travel as required to support additional
