Supervises and Performs highly diversified duties with respect to production and facilityand to install and maintain facility grounds, building and other facility equipment.\nequipment/systems.\na. Supervises installation and replacementofmotors, pumps, drives, belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves on process equipment, facility equipment, and fork lifts.\nb. Oversees Troubleshooting of pneumatic, electric,and hydraulic machine problems and makes necessary repairs.\nc. Overseesrepairs to machines involving machine guarding, bolt replacement, and breakdowns due to mechanical wear.\nd. Assigns team membverspreventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment.\ne.Maintain the WWPT facility to operate within parameters safely.\na. Provides leadership for Maintenance technicians performing preventative maintenance, equipment installs, parts replacement, equipment troubleshooting, etc..\ne. Understands the tools and equipment needed to do each job.\nf. Understands and determines when and what type of maintenance is needed.\ng. Determines causes of operating errors and possesses ability to tell when something is likely to go wrong before downtime occurs.\nh. Inspects or tests damaged machine parts and marks defective areas or advises supervisor of needs for repair\nKeeps record of all work performed. b. Updates maintenance history logs and completes required paperwork. c. Accounts for equipment used for maintenance and repairs. 4. Understands and follows the company GMPs policy. 5. Understands and follows the company safety rules. 6. May be required to work long hours and weekends as needed. 7. May assume other duties as assigned.
