Shift Leadership & Operational Excellence\nLead the store during assigned shifts, ensuring customer readiness, cleanliness, and proper coverage.\n\nExecute opening and closing routines as directed by the Store Manager.\n\nMaintain accurate temperature logs, food safety standards, sanitation routines, and freezer management.\n\nEnsure accurate cash handling and adherence to SOPs\n\nIdentify operational gaps and escalate appropriately.\n\nMonitors business needs throughout the shift and adjust priorities, floor coverage, and team focus based on traffic patterns, service demands and sales opportunities.\n\n2. Customer & Brand Experience\nModel and teach Wild Fork’s W.I.L.D Steps of Service.\n\nDeliver a warm, engaging, “personal chef & friendly butcher” experience with product expertise, cooking tips, and meal recommendations.\n\nSupport service recovery with empathy and speed.\n\nEnsure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and inspired to return.\n\n3. Sales Floor Coaching & Sales Culture Support\nMotivate the team to engage customers, build baskets, and drive conversion.\n\nDirect floor zoning, adjust coverage in real time, and maintain visibility during peak traffic\n\nReinforce sales expectationswith the team to support hitting daily sales target\n\nMaintain an easy-to-shop store through timely recovery and replenishment.\n\nReinforces product knowledge and selling behaviors through in-the-moment coaching that builds associate confidence and supports conversion.\n\n4. Training, Onboarding & Team Support\nDeliver on-the-job training for new team members, including product knowledge, service standards, and SOPs.\n\nSupport structured onboarding and ensure new hires complete required learning modules.\n\nProvide real-time coaching and feedback to associates, and communicate performance opportunities and support needs to the Store Manager\n\nFoster a positive, inclusive environment where Forkies feel supported and engaged.\n\nSupports team capability by reinforcing onboarding, delivering on-the-job training, and providing follow-up coaching on service, product, and operational standards.\n\n5. Inventory, Merchandising & In-Stocks Execution\nComplete receiving, stocking, recovery, and FIFO rotation with accuracy and urgency.\n\nMaintain clean, organized, visually compelling shelves and freezers.\n\nReport out-of-stocks, shrink concerns, or product quality issues promptly.\n\nSupport accurate and timely planogram changes and promotional execution.\n\n6.
