procedures and work instructions.\n\nPrepare, weld, and finish simple components and assemblies to meet quality standards.\n\nSet up and operate welding equipment according to specifications and technical drawings.\n\nInspect parts for proper dimensions, fit, and overall quality.\n\nPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding tools and equipment.\n\nSafely operate industrial equipment and follow all workplace safety requirements.\n\nReport quality concerns, defects, or process issues to supervisors.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\n\nSupport team goals and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nFollow all company policies and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n\nPrevious welding experience is helpful but not required.\n\nTechnical training, welding coursework, or vocational education is a plus.\n\nAbility to learn welding techniques, manufacturing processes, and safety requirements.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\n\nWillingness to take direction and learn from experienced team members.\n\nGood
