If you’re a mechanically minded engineer who thrives on variety, travel, and delivering excellent service, this role could be a great fit.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nPerform inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and fault diagnostics at customer sites across Spain and Portugal.\nProvide accurate, detailed, and timely service visit reports following all on-site activities.\nDeliver electrical / mechanical-focused technical support for machinery within your area of responsibility, advising customers on maintenance best practices, spare parts, and available upgrades.\nIdentify recurring technical issues or trends and proactively share insights with your manager and the wider Service team.\nTrain customers on machine operation, maintenance routines, safety standards, and cleaning procedures.\nSupport the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Service Department working procedures.\nRespond to technical questions from customers, fellow technicians, and the sales team.\nIdentify potential sales opportunities and support the Sales organisation by providing technical expertise and customer-focused assistance.\n\nAbout You\nYou are a hands-on mechanical engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and building strong customer relationships.
