As we Create with Collaboration, Serve with Integrity, Grow with Excellence, and Advance with Innovation.\nOn a given day, you may:\nInstall autonomous vehicles and peripheral equipment (chargers, I/O panels, operator interfaces, etc.).\nPerform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure optimal performance.\nTravel (60-75% of the time) domestically and internationally to customer sites.\nModify equipment and software.\nTroubleshoot, define and seek resources to recognize and resolve electrical, mechanical and/or software improvement opportunities with system components.\nMake software and hardware adjustments.\nMonitor system performance metrics.\nPerform customer training.\nInterface with customers.\nCollaborate with other engineers on projects.\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\nBS or BSET in Engineering (Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronic, etc.)\nMinimum 2+ years of full-time engineering work experience.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings.\nPrior software experience required (C, C++, MATLAB, Python, Visual Basic preferred).\nProficiency in Microsoft 365.\nAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.\nAble to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\nProficiency in CAD required (AutoCAD preferred).\nValid driver's license required.\nCandidates would preferably live in the Dayton-OH, Chicago- IL, Atlanta-GA, or Philadelphia-PA area. Other areas will be considered based on candidate's experience.\nThe estimated hourly range for this role is $30.00 - $35.00 an hour.
