In deze dynamische functie combineer je technische engineeringkennis met een praktische, hands-on aanpak in het veld.\nWat ga je doen?\nIntern:\nVerantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van technische ontwerpspecificaties en de implementatie van nieuwe elektrische componenten.\nJe werkt nauw samen met directe collega's en collega's binnen de verschillende industrieën in Boxmeer (BXM) om requirements op te stellen voor elektrische besturingssystemen en bekabelingsprojecten.\nOntwerpen van elektrische besturingssystemen en uitvoeren van verificatietests.\nUitvoeren van de benodigde ontwerpberekeningen.\nBouwen van elektrische schakelkasten.\nVerantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en beheren van versies van bestaande documentatie, modules en artikellijsten.\nOntwerpen van bekabelingsprojecten.\nOp afstand bieden van technische ondersteuning aan onze klanten.\nOp locatie / in het veld:\nVoorbereiden en uitvoeren van het besturingsgedeelte (elektrische schakelkasten/software/PLC) van installatieprojecten.\nUitvoeren van servicebezoeken.\nOplossen van productieproblemen bij klanten op locatie.\nAansturen van lokale medewerkers bij grotere installatieprojecten.\nContact onderhouden met de klant en de klant informeren over de voortgang.\nTrainen van de klant en de resultaten terugkoppelen aan je collega's.\nJe werkt samen met ervaren collega's, zowel bij de klant op locatie als op kantoor. In this role you will be responsible for the complete electrical scope within multidisciplinary projects, from initial design to on-site commissioning. You translate customer requirements into robust electrical solutions and ensure successful project execution. In this dynamic role, you combine engineering expertise with hands-on involvement in the field.\nWhat you'll be doing\nInternally:\nResponsible for technical design specification as well as implementation of new electrical components\nWorks closely with direct colleagues and industries colleagues in BXM to create requirements for electrical control systems and cabling projects\nDesign electrical control systems and perform verification tests\nPerform required design calculations\nManufacturing of electrical panels\nResponsible for maintenance and version control of existing documentation, modules and item lists\nDesign cabling projects\nProviding remote technical support to our customers\nIn the field:\nPrepare and execute the controls (electrical cabinets/software/PLC) part of installation-jobs.\nConduct service visits.\nTroubleshoot production issues at customers’ sites.\nManage local employees in larger installation projects.\nKeep in touch with, and report to the customer about your progress.\nTrain the customer and feedback results to your colleagues.\nYou will work in a team with experienced coworkers, both at customer site and in the office, who will teach you all the knowledge they have about our machines.\nAbout you\nTo be successful in this role you recognize yourself in the profile below:\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field\nExperience with electrical control systems, PLCs, electrical panels, and industrial cabling projects\nExperience with SEE Electrical and/or E-plan is e plus\nAbility to read and create electrical schematics and technical documentation\nExperience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and service support preferred\nComfortable working on-site at customer locations, including international travel when required\nGood communication skills and the ability to work closely with customers and colleagues across departments\nWho are we?\nAt PMJ we combine decades of expertise with innovative technology to deliver advanced processing solutions for the poultry industry.
