You will report directly to the Senior HR Manager EMEA, based in Sweden, and be part of an EMEA HR team.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the trusted HR Business Partner for managers and employees across Operations, Engineering, and Project Management, supporting approximately 170 employees at a Sweden site of 260 employees.\nServe as an active member of the Swedish Business areas Management Team, contributing to business decisions and organizational strategy.\nLead and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and offboarding.\nBe the expert on Swedish labor law, employment practices, and HR policies.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with employee representatives and trade unions.\nLead negotiations, consultations, and ongoing collaboration with works councils and union representatives for both blue-collar and white-collar employee populations.\nDrive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and leadership development activities.\nEnsure compliance with local legislation while aligning HR processes and practices with our global organization.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Experience\nAt least 6 to 8 years of experience in an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, or similar role.\nSolid experience working with works councils, trade unions, and employee representatives, including both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.\nStrong knowledge of Swedish labor law and employment relations.\nExperience from an international company with a matrixed organizational structure.\nProven success operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, and changing business environment.\nExperience supporting senior business leaders and management teams as well as first line managers.\nPreferably experience from working with Workday.\nLanguage Skills\nFluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.\nPersonal Profile\nYou are a proactive and pragmatic HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
