Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties, including maintaining files, and organizing documents.
• Assist in preparing information and research materials for various teams.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Take notes during meetings and support documentation efforts.
• Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
• Research and gather documentation on company position and industry trends.
• Attend company functions and networking events for learning and exposure.
• Shadow multiple positions to gain broad experience.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
