Consistent focus on data accuracy, time management and efficiency, detailed oriented as well as constructive collaboration with other departments, internal customers, and any other stakeholder. Timely delivery is key for full compliance with our Global Service Level Agreement. All activities under scope need to be executed under the strongest Internal Controls framework.\nThe Master Data Specialist has as key responsabilities:\nWork with Global Master Data base maintenance processes (customers, suppliers, employees, and others) with a deep focus on automation, timely service delivery, data integrity and global consistency.\n\nCorporate Credit Card program - Administration and support for employees globally (credit limits, new/terminated employees …).\n\nLead Travel & Entertainment program globally (CONCUR): configuration maintenance, enhancements and process improvements, administration and support, statutory rules maintenance.\n\nEnsure compliance with Statutory Tax rules globally (1099, 1042, VAT and others)\n\nActive participation in initiatives/projects relating the implementation of ways to minimize manual processes for improving efficiencies and effectiveness\n\nDynamic training materials maintenance globally\n\nConsistent collaboration with external & internal auditors and internal customers/stakeholders.\n\nParticipate in ad-hoc projects globally as required (ex. new entities migrations, ERPs implementation…).\n\nGuaranteeing all transactions under scope are performed under a strong internal controls’ framework.\n\nSOX/SOD knowledge required for full compliance in all processes under scope.\n\nEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance; will consider years of experience in replacement of degree and 2-3 years’ experience in Master Data processes management in multinational company.
