This is a hands-on engineering role where your designs don’t stay on a screen - they become real machines on the shop floor.\nYou’ll be part of a collaborative team of around 35 engineers, working closely with production, testing, and suppliers. If you enjoy customer-specific design, technical problem-solving, and taking ownership of your projects, this is an environment where you can grow and make a tangible impact.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nLead mechanical design activities for both small and large customer projects \nDesign and adapt large-scale industrial machinery to customer requirements using 3D CAD \nTroubleshoot technical issues and respond to engineering questions from customers and suppliers \nDrive product improvements and contribute to R&D and innovation initiatives \nCollaborate closely with engineering, production, testing, and supplier teams \nTake ownership of project progress by proactively gathering information and coordinating internally \nSupport continuous improvement across mechanical design standards and solutions \nAbout you\nYou’re a practical, solution-oriented engineer who enjoys seeing ideas turn into working equipment.
