You will need the experience and confidence to take ownership of projects and drive successful project outcomes.\nKey Responsibilites\nManage multiple projects from concept through to delivery and close-out.\n\nExecute projects in line with agreed scope, technical requirements, deliverables and responsibilities.\n\nMaintain project plans, milestones, actions, risks, dependencies and governance evidence.\n\nLead project reviews and ensure actions, decisions and approvals are clearly recorded.\n\nCoordinate internal teams, suppliers and customers throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nControl changes to scope, specification, cost, resources and delivery dates.\n\nMonitor progress, cost and margin, driving action and escalating risks early.\n\nCoordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), installation and commissioning.\n\nEnsure validation, handover and close-out requirements are completed or formally assigned.\n\nCapture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nProven experience independently managing technical projects from concept through manufacture, installation and final delivery.\n\nProven experience within engineering, manufacturing, machinery, or automation.\n\nExperience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.\n\nA structured approach to governance, risk management, change control and project documentation.\n\nExperience working directly with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.\n\nThe ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, layouts and project documentation.\n\nCommercial awareness, including project cost, margin, scope and resource implications.\n\nStrong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n\nThe confidence to challenge, influence and escalate when necessary.\n\nExperience of packaging machinery, food-manufacturing equipment, tray sealing, machinery testing or commissioning would be advantageous.\n\nWhy Join JBT Marel?\nAt JBT Marel, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that help food producers operate more efficiently and sustainably across the globe.\nYou'll benefit from:\nWorking for a global leader in food technology\nManaging exciting engineering projects from concept to completion\nA collaborative and supportive working environment\nOpportunities for professional development and career progression\nExposure to international customers and projects\nThe opportunity to make a real impact on customer success\nShape the Future of Food\nAt JBT Marel, we’re not just supporting the food industry - we’re helping to transform it.
