programs required to successfully merge two global organizations into a unified, compliant, and scalable operating model.\nThis role goes beyond traditional program management.\nYou will act as the executive leader driving governance, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across JBT Marel's global technology landscape.\nYou will work across business and IT domains including ERP, governance, security, compliance, and enterprise applications.\nYou will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Corporate Functions, Internal Audit, Finance, Legal, Cyber Security, Compliance, and Business Leadership to establish an integrated governance framework supporting both US and EU regulatory requirements whilst enabling business growth and operational excellence.\nThe ideal candidate combines extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs with deep expertise in SOX, ITGC, enterprise risk management, ISO standards, audit coordination, governance operating models, and post-merger integration.\nKey Responsibilities\nMerger Integration & Enterprise Transformation Leadership\nLead strategic technology and governance programs supporting the integration of two global organizations into a single operating model.\nEstablish and execute enterprise-wide integration roadmaps covering governance, controls, compliance, risk management, identity management, security, ERP, and shared services.\nAlign business objectives, technology strategy, and regulatory requirements across multiple regions.\nDrive complex global transformation initiatives involving Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and IT.\nEnsure successful implementation of target operating models, governance structures, and integration milestones.\nExecutive Stakeholder Management & Board Governance\nBuild trusted relationships with C-level executives, Board members, business leaders, and corporate functions.\nLead Executive Steering Committees, Governance Councils, Risk Committees, and Integration Leadership Forums.\nAdvise senior leadership on strategic risks, compliance implications, integration decisions, and transformation priorities.\nPresent program status, key decisions, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies to executive audiences.\nTranslate complex regulatory, technology, and operational topics into concise business-oriented recommendations.\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance Leadership\nDesign and implement enterprise governance frameworks supporting a global integrated organization.\nEstablish risk management, escalation, reporting, and remediation processes across all major transformation programs.\nDrive SOX, ITGC, ICFR, ISO27001, NIS2, cybersecurity governance, and audit readiness initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with both US regulatory requirements and European regulatory standards.\nCoordinate global audit programs and remediation activities involving Internal Audit, External Audit, Compliance, and Business Leadership.\nDevelop executive risk reporting and governance dashboards enabling informed decision-making.\nControls, Assurance & Regulatory Excellence\nLead enterprise-wide controls harmonization activities following the merger.\nDrive standardization of IT controls, security controls, segregation of duties, access governance, and compliance frameworks.\nEnsure alignment with SOX, ISO27001, COBIT, NIST, GDPR, and relevant regulatory frameworks.\nOversee audit findings remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner with Finance and Internal Audit to maintain a strong control environment supporting public company requirements.\nGlobal Leadership & Organizational Alignment\nLead large, cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams through influence and collaboration.\nAlign stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Operations, and Technology.\nFoster a culture of accountability, risk awareness, transparency, and continuous improvement.\nDrive adoption of governance and compliance standards across diverse regions and business units.\nSupport organizational change management associated with integration and transformation initiatives.\nWhat kind of person are you?\nYou will recognize yourself in the following:\n5+ years of experience leading large-scale global transformation, governance, risk, or compliance programs.\nProven track record supporting mergers, acquisitions, post-merger integrations, or enterprise operating model transformations.\nExpertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Controls, SOX, ITGC, ICFR, and Audit Management.\nStrong understanding of US and European regulatory environments and compliance frameworks.\nExperience working directly with Executive Leadership Teams, Boards, Audit Committees, and Regulatory stakeholders.\nDemonstrated success establishing governance models and risk management frameworks within complex multinational organizations.\nKnowledge of ISO27001, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, NIS2, Enterprise Risk Management, and cybersecurity governance is an advantage.\nAbility to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.\nExceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience operating in highly
