Our AXIN Software portfolio delivers cutting-edge solutions that transform food processing operations and is developed by Agile software engineering teams across multiple locations globally.\nFor our Software Engineering team in Aarhus, Denmark, we are looking for a Senior Software Program Manager who can align product vision, engineering excellence, and business priorities to deliver impactful software solutions.\nWhat You Will Do\nAs our Senior Software Program Manager, you will play a key role in turning new product development into successful deliveries.\nWorking across Product Management, Engineering, and key business stakeholders, you will help ensure our teams remain focused on delivering high-value solutions that meet customer and business needs.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the delivery of software initiatives, ensuring teams create value for customers and the business. \nPartner with Product Management, Engineering, and key stakeholders to align priorities, Program Increments, and execution. \nIn the role of Product Owner (PO), drive planning, coordination, and delivery across cross-functional Agile teams. \nManage risks, dependencies, and impediments to keep programs on track and achieve business objectives. \nFoster collaboration and transparency, by providing clear communication on progress, priorities, and outcomes. \nIdentify opportunities to improve products, platforms, and ways of working through customer, business, and technical insights. \nChampion Agile practices and continuous improvement to enhance delivery effectiveness and quality. \nHelp shape future product direction by translating stakeholder needs and market opportunities into actionable initiatives. \nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. \n8+ years of experience in software development, product ownership, program management, or Agile delivery leadership. \nDemonstrated success managing complex software programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders. \nExperience with backlog management, program planning, prioritization, and delivery governance. \nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills \nAbility to influence decisions and align teams around shared goals. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. \nExcellent English skills, both written and verbal \nBroad technical knowledge and experience with software and system development and delivery, QA, deployment, SaaS, Cloud, AI, and related disciplines \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in large-scale software organizations with distributed teams. \nPrevious experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Software Engineer. \nExperience with Azure DevOps, Aha!, Confluence, or similar delivery and planning tools. \nSAFe, Scrum, Agile, or Project Management certifications. \nWhy Join Us?\nAt JBT Marel, we're transforming the future of food.
