You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including machine engineering and software platform development teams, to deliver robust and scalable solutions for industrial food processing machines.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead design, implementation, and testing of innovative software modules and features.\nOptimize existing software solutions and design next gen software solutions for the food processing industry\nAnalyze requirements and write design specifications for software modules and software features\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to team collaboration.\nCollaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure system architecture is implemented and tested.\nOccasionally support product releases and training on customer sites.\nTrain and mentor Software Engineers and Associate Software Engineers\nContribute to team collaboration and build team spirit\nWork in an Agile Scrum environment focused on collaboration, speed, and customer value\nWhat You Bring\nWe encourage each of our 12,000+ employees to bring their unique self to work and aim to make everyone feel recognized, valued and free to explore their potential.
