In this strategic leadership role, you will define and drive the sourcing strategy across equipment and spare parts categories while building and developing a high-performing sourcing organization.\nYou will play a critical role in delivering competitive advantage through supplier partnerships, cost optimization, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategic Leadership\nDevelop and execute the regional sourcing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.\nDrive procurement excellence across direct and indirect sourcing categories.\nIdentify opportunities to improve cost competitiveness, mitigate supply chain risks, and enhance supplier performance.\nLead strategic sourcing initiatives that contribute to margin improvement and long-term business value.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, coach, and develop a team of sourcing professionals across the region.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nBuild organizational capabilities to support future business growth.\nSupplier & Stakeholder Management\nEstablish and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships.\nNegotiate complex commercial agreements and drive favorable outcomes.\nPartner closely with Operations, Service, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between sourcing activities and business priorities. Ensure cooperation with the corporate supply chain function\nParticipate in the development of new products, working closely with R&D, engineering, suppliers and other stakeholders to identify and execute on cost-reduction and value increasing opportunities\nLead supplier performance management through structured reviews and KPI governance.\nOperational Excellence\nDrive improvements in quality, delivery performance, inventory optimization, and total cost of ownership.\nSupport demand planning and supply continuity initiatives.\nEnsure effective use of procurement systems, data analytics, and sourcing processes.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nYou are a strategic commercial leader who combines strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.
