You will work closely with AP Operation team, Purchasing team and other internal customers.\nYour role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of JBT's AP Payments while ensuring compliance with internal controls and facilitating effective communication across teams. It is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to learn and to progress.\nResponsibilities:\nMake sure all AP tasks are covered and keep fluent communication, teamwork spirit and good atmosphere within the team.\nPerform daily operations of the Accounts Payable area: Invoices processing, payment execution, supplier’s queries.\nReport scorecard and other AP metrics monthly.\nPosition Requirements:\nGraduate in Business Administration\n1-3 year experience in Accounts Payable & Accounting in multinational company.\nDrive for Results\nExperience in process analysis\nAbility to perform under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.\nProblem solving\nPlanning and organizing\nCommunication and teamwork\nAccounts payable knowledge (Invoices, payments)\nTransactional processes and problem solving.\nSOX/Internal Controls knowledge.\nExperience with Microsoft Office suite required\nExperience in ERP systems\nData Accuracy.\nStrong ability to work with minimal supervision\nFluent verbal /written Spanish and English\nOther language would be a +\nTeam player with strong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail\nMobility: Position based in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares) and limited travelling within European Union or USA might be required.\nWe are excited to meet individuals who are enthusiastic about making things happen, take personal responsibility and appreciate seeing the direct results of their work in the final product.
