You will recognize in yourself that you:\nProven experience in leading and developing SAP or IT delivery teams\nStrong understanding of SAP processes within Sales, Service and Procurement domains\nDemonstrate experience in people management, coaching and performance development\nExperience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile or similar\nAbility to balance people leadership with delivery accountability\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nExperience working in international and cross-functional environments\nSolid understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscapes is a plus\nThis position has strong stakeholder exposure.
