Warehouse I (Hourly)
Performs general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. Operates warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities
* Receive incoming materials and products, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
* Unload trucks and containers using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
* Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
* Pick and stage orders accurately according to pick lists or customer requirements.
* Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
* Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or containers.
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
* Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Job Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
* Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic math and reading skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
* Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
