It will see you manage and implement the development of large format media assets. Working across multi-disciplined consultant teams that include Town Planners, Architects and other town planning specialists, as well as direct engagement with key contract partners across State and Local Government. \n\nA Day in the Life:\nWhilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:\nManage existing contract relationships.\nDevelopment of new and redevelopment of existing large format out-of-home media assets\nHave and maintain a strong general knowledge of State and Local government town planning legislation as it relates to out-of-home media.\nAssist the broader commercial function in preparing development related tender documentation and presentations to existing and prospective clients.\nEstablish an ongoing positive relationship with State and Local government.\nVisit and present JCDecaux’s development concepts to State and Local government.\nStay informed of new town planning or related laws, codes and standards related to out-of-home media.\nAs required, represent JCDecaux on the Outdoor Media Associations (OMA) regulatory affairs committee.\nMonitor and understand planning schemes for all JCDecaux related Councils.\nAs required review (Outdoor Media Association) OMA town planning reports for any changes which may affect potential JCDecaux future contract areas.\nManage the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual development related reports\n\nAbout You:\nYou’ll ideally come from a Town Planning background or have demonstrated experience within property or relevant industry within Government or private sector. You’ll be someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a real team player. In addition to:\nDegree Qualified in Town Planning, Architecture, Urban Design, Property or closely related discipline.\nKnowledge of local and State government processes\nBe highly skilled in all administrative tasks.\nIT literate in Excel, MS word and related project management software programs.\nBe capable of concurrently managing a wide range of tasks and priorities while maintaining a highly professional approach.\nBe able to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders to achieve common objectives.\nWhy join JCDecaux:\nAt JCDecaux your wellbeing, health, and safety are our top priority.
