Our team of skilled engineers and technicians work collaboratively to push the boundaries of what's possible in semiconductor technology, serving clients across diverse industries and markets worldwide.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for an Associate Equipment Engineer (AE) to support the Singulation process and ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and production support. The engineer will be responsible for equipment troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities for Singulation machines.\nKey responsibilities\nProvide 12-hour shift equipment support for Singulation production.\n\nTroubleshoot and repair Hanmi Singulation machines during equipment breakdowns.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections according to the established schedule.\n\nAnalyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\n\nSupport machine setup, qualification, and equipment release for production.\n\nMonitor equipment performance, downtime, and machine availability.\n\nSupport continuous improvement activities to improve equipment OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and machine reliability.\n\nMaintain proper documentation of equipment breakdowns, PM activities, and corrective actions.\n\nWork closely with Production and Process Engineering to resolve equipment-related issues.\n\nSupport both day and night shifts according to the production manpower schedule.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nDiploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.\n\nAt least 2 years of practical equipment maintenance experience.\n\nHands-on experience with Hanmi Singulation machines is highly preferred.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and machine repair skills.\n\nWillingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.\n\nAble to work independently during shift operations and make timely decisions during equipment breakdowns.\n\nGood problem-solving skills and
