assigned by Process Engineer\n\nCharacterize new devices and create recipes in the machine.\n\nImmediate response to investigate and analyze products with problem\n\nCross support with line supervisor to clear real time bottleneck that impact cycle time and quality\n\nCross support with other Associate Engineer to clear equipment downtime\n\nCommunicate with Engineers and external vendors to resolve problems and provide advanced training to less experienced Technical Specialists or Manufacturing Specialists\n\nWhat we're looking for\nDiploma or Degree in Electric & Electronic, Mechanical & Mechatronics, Physics Engineering or equivalent\n\n2 years of relevant experience in Die Pick & Place, Package Pick & Place or Tape & Reel are preferred\n\nPositive mindset with ability to adapt to fast-paced working environment\n\nAbility to work on 12 hours rotating shift\n\nSkills\nApplied Physics, Resolving Product Problems, Communication With Suppliers, Recipe Development, Process Improvement, Mechatronics Engineering, Process Planning, Electrical, shifts schedules, Equipment Maintenance, Technical Training, Process Quality Management, Work in A Fast Paced Environment,
